Designed to give you headstart to 2023, this plan is for those who are looking to have some structure in their fitness routine even during their off-season period, to maintain their fitness baseline and work on areas of improvement before the start of 2023. Even when you’re partying it up on Christmas, New Year’s Eve, you are already on the road to a fitter 2023.
These plans are specially curated by Lily Sim, a Certified Coach from Road Runners Club of America (RRCA).

This plan includes:
- A 6-week run plan (19 Dec 2022 - 5 Feb 2023) customised according to your 2023 goals
- Access to an online community to connect with like-minded individuals for motivation and camaraderie
Online group coaching - Lily will be sharing tips and answering questions within the online community
One plan revision if you have decided to join a race within this period and would like your plan to be adapted for the race. The second plan revision onwards will be RM50 per revision.
What it does not include
- In-real-life running sessions. We will resume these sessions in our next plan from 11 Feb onwards
- One-on-one online coaching. This feature will be made available in our 3rd cohort.
