Everything sounds simple but when we execute, it is not as easy. What I like is it points out the area & muscle which we often neglect that we need for running. A good informative session.
And at RM10 per session, it's a win for runners who are serious in improving themselves. And to prep yourself up before considering signing up to more serious and costly classes. In a way it's confidence building as well.
