Introducing our first version of runfiit running plans, the first-ever hybrid running plan in Malayisa. We don't just give you the plan, we will walk you through it.
Follow the prescribed workouts at your own pace and time during your busy weekday. And come and join us on the weekends for the group runs for that extra push. Our weekend runs are within the Klang Valley area ( Bangsar, Petaling Jaya and Desa Parkcity).
These plans are specially curated by Lily Sim, a Certified Coach from Road Runners Club of America (RRCA). They are designed with an holistic approach to training, incorporating strength and flexibility to help you get fit via running with minimal injuries.
