Introducing our first version of Strive fitness plans, the first-ever hybrid fitness plan in Malaysia. We don't just give you the plan, we will walk you through it.
Follow the prescribed workouts at your own pace and time during your busy weekday. And join us on the weekends for our in-real-life sessions for that extra push. Our weekend sessions are within the Klang Valley area (Bangsar, Petaling Jaya and Desa Parkcity).
